When I first bought this product (the coffe machine included, I mean), I was a bit skeptical with the manufacturing promises. But then one day I forgot to put the thermal milk container in the fridge and head to the gym and continue with my errands…. I didn’t even notice/realise that it still sits in my kitchen table until later that afternoon and said “Oopps…I’ve ruined the whole jug of milk”. But voila…the milk still reasonably cold and I can put back to the fridge and use it the next day. No problem….I love this product!

I had a problem with this item – when you washed it (by hand, as recommended), water would get inside between the glass carafe and the black outer unit – even when turned upside down, it wouldn’t properly dry and would sometimes develop a stale smell. I notice the Jura website now offers the 20 oz. thermal container rather than this one. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not.
